Hi – I’m Peter Wolf. Welcome to Rogue Wolf, where I promote wellness through strength and fitness. By integrating movement (Tai Chi), martial arts and strength-building techniques, Rogue Wolf helps students develop a practice personalized for their specific goals .

My passion is to promote wellness through strength and fitness. With certifications in Kettlebell, Body Weight and Martial Arts, I provide a creative and effective plan for students to stay stronger, longer.

Personal Training

Contact me directly to book in-person or remote 30 or 60 minute sessions.

Rogue Wolf creates customized, comprehensive programs for your specific goals, fitness needs or injury challenges. I offer private and semi-private training with discounts for multiple sessions.

One-on-one sessions will develop the most effective program for you based on your fitness evaluation results and personal goals. Newcomers to physical fitness benefit from instruction by learning how to perform specific exercises safely and effectively. ​

Working on a new skill or training for a specific goal or certification? Consider individual coaching to help you get there! ​

Cancellation Policy:
Time has been specifically reserved for your appointment. Please contact me at least 24 hours ahead of time if you must cancel your appointment for any reason. There is a 50% charge of the scheduled service price if you fail to show up for an appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Class Descriptions

Kettlebell Strength & Flexibility
This class will give you a heart pumping workout and lay your foundation for strength and flexibility- a lethal combination that will make you “anti-fragile” for life. No kettlebell experience necessary.  All fitness levels welcome and encouraged to attend.
